Bir Knit Fabs is an integrated unit within processing of fabrics facility.
With a clear company vision to provide value to their family of customers in terms of quality, price and timely delivery, Mr. Gurdial Singh and Mr. Jasbir Singh (Tex. Engg.) made a remarkable success in processing various fabrics such as :- S/J, Rib, Interlock, Honeycomb, Waffle, Rib etc. in various blends such as : Cotton, Viscose, Viscose Lycra, Poly-Viscose, Cotton-Viscose, Polyester, Modal, Lurex, etc.
Today, Bir Horizons is one of the best processing unit in Northern India, which is a fruitful result of professionalism, commitment, technology and above all the vision of the company to become a world-class organization with quality, innovation & excellence as its core strength.
It’s in-house processing of fabrics with machines for finishing in both tubular & open width range enhances the right quality of fabric with highest control over fabric weight, Shrinkage & optimum width of the fabric, assuring the resultant fabric to pass internationally possible quality norms.
Round the clock. R&D lab, Quality assurance lab, highly skilled & technical team with a sound & well connected ERP system in both the Units of Bir Horizons service the customer’s needs to utmost satisfaction.
Bir Horizons has its own knitting machines in house with a production of 30 tones knitting capacity per month .
Bir Horizons process 250 tons of knitted fabric per month besides the capacity to Process 250 tons/per month grey fabric.
Bir Horizons is the company controlled by its own E.R.P. system developed and maintained by its own I.T. Engineers. Each lot is checked at different stages of production. At any moment, any authorize person can check quality & movement by machine wise & lot wise.
